Hilarious Ancient Greek Joke

Any takers on translating the following Greek joke (it is quite funny and is very basic)?

Γραμματικοῦ θυγάτηρ ἔτεκεν φιλότητι μιγεῖσα παιδίον ἀρσενικόν, θηλυκόν, οὐδέτερον.

Alright, I need some help. I couldnt find some of the letters you have there but I did attempt it. Here is what I came up with just translating letters:

grammatikom thugater eteken filoteti migeisa paidion arsenikon thelukon oudeteron.

Now, not sure what that means in English but there ya go.

pretty good transliteration. of course, transliterating is a little different than translating.
